Jamo Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Jamo
Customers Fault Description : Was working but needed new battery but inserting new one pulled off the soldered junction of the battery connection
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Northumberland and on inspection was found to have print damage and a partially detached battery housing.
The battery housing was refitted properly and the print reworked using a patch wire and conductive paint, this restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
