CELEBRITY Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : CELEBRITY
Customers Fault Description : The wiring is exposed badly ,the button held in place with sellotape won’t work ,also the rubber over has popped out ,honestly I don’t hold out much hope of you repairing it .
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Celebrity remote arrived safely from Bristol and on inspection the cable and one of the buttons was badly damaged.
The cable was replaced with a straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind). The button is not available as a spare which meant that we had to silicon it back into position. The button contacts were also worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each of the main buttons.
