Concern for comfort Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Loose wires, before that the top left buttons on both stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Concern for Comfort Bed remotes arrived safely from Leicestershire and both were confirmed to have broken battery cables, replacement cables were soldered into place and then it was found that some buttons were sluggish in response.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons , this restored full functionality.
