Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons work, unresponsive. Can't be used at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on adding batteries was found to be transmitting without a button being pressed.
The battery terminasl had signs of a battery leak.
When opened there was contamination shorting out the button contacts. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and the terminal cleared which restored full functionality.
