Customers Fault Description : Remote controller does function, but there are blank horizontal bands across the middle of the display which makes the screen difficult to read.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux Window remote controller arrived safely from Worcestershire and on testing was found to have a faulty display, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
