Customer's Fault Description
On/Off slide switch works intermittently. Feels loose and there is something rattling in the remote body.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to rattle.
When trying to power on the remote remained dead. This was due to the PCB mounting pins being broken allowing the PCB move around freely in the remote. This meant that the switch was not touching the slider.
The PCB was hot glued firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
