Mertik Maxitrol G30-ZRRSB Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working so I have replaced batteries in the hand set and the unit but still no joy

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, a replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.

No fault was found with the receiver.
