Customer's Fault Description
The reset and reline buttons work well, but the riser button does not work at all.It did work intermittently but now there is no response at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from West Lothian and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and worn button contacts.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the damage and then replacement conductive pads were glued under the main buttons.
