Customer's Fault Description
Middle 3 buttons not working and unit won’t switch on after being dropped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the screen was out of position and the remote rattled when shook.

When opened the top 3 buttons had broken away from the PCB, the screen mounting pins were broken.  Also the internal battery terminals were impacted. 

The 3 buttons were replaced, the screen hot glued firmly into place and the terminals re positioned.

This restored full functionality.
