Customer's Fault Description
All 4 buttons are not working. Bottom 2 buttons stopped working first and over several months, top 2 have also stopped working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dimplex electric fire remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to a break in the print around the LED, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
A replacement battery cover was also supplied as we had one spare.
