Customer's Fault Description
The remote won't turn on. Holding down the 2 power buttons should turn it on and a row of green lights should come on. The last couple of times that it was used it was difficult to get on and stay on so I replaced the battery twice with new ones but still won't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely from Tyrone and on testing was ofund not to turn on from its twin power button press.
When opened there was a SMD diode blown (see image), this was replaced which restored full functionality.
