Smart Photo Frame Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : bought this for my mum 2nd hand but the frame can only be worked through the remote control and even when I have changed the battery it doesn't work. So upsetting as I can not return it.
You helped me with previous tile TV remotes and I was wondering if you could work your magic with this.
The remote doesn't do any thing no lights etc

This Digital photo frame remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any button. When opened the issue was found to be a battery "baby" sticker was attached to one of the battery terminals.
It appears that when the battery was replaced in the past the sticker was not remover and when inserted this sticker had attached to one of the internal terminals effectively stopping the power from accessing the PCB. The sticker was removed and the contacts cleaned which restored full functionality.
