Gazco Riva 53 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gazco
Model : Riva 53
Customers Fault Description : Remote not operating gas fire on/off, after dropping on floor. Have replaced all batteries in remote and fire. Light on remote ( red) does come on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video).
It could be that the receiver is at fault or the fault may have cleared itself. We can change the Transducer in the remote which will prevent the remote going faulty again but as we haven't seen a fault this was not done in case it is the receiver at fault.
