Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : Remote turns on sometimes but mostly doesn't.When it turns on everything seems to work.Changed battery , no difference.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This caravan remote arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing was found not to respond from its twin power button press.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
