Customer's Fault Description
Faulty ultrasonic transducer. Remote control has a very weak signal. Discussed with Martin on the phone.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Warwickshire and on testing was confirmed ot have a very weak signal.

The ultrasonic transducer was replaced which restored full functionality and the battery cable was also replaced as a precaution.
