AmberGlo Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : AmberGlo

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working since delivery, I changed the battery but still nothing. It came with a couple of dents which could be an issue?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Bath and on testing the signal being emitted was very weak.

After replacing the unbranded supplied battery with a Duracell battery and full strength was restored to the signal.

No other issue could be found.  The Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.  We are not charging for a repair in this case, just the return postage fee.   If the remote does still not work with the heater then it is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
