Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bellfires remote arrived safely from Derry and on adding batteries was confirmed to overheat with a burning smell coming from the remote.
On opening there was liquid acid in the remote from a battery leak. This was shorting out various components. The PCB was cleared of all contaminant and when retested was found to be functioning as normal with no overheating.
