Mertik maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Constant low battery display even with new battery and intermittent operation

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely from Durham and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator.

This was due to a fault regulator, a replacement was fitted as well as a new battery cable which restored full functionality.
