Customer's Fault Description
Cannot get remote to work at all. Tuner was bought second hand. Tuner works fine but remote does not. Would be nice to have the original remote working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This DAB Tuner remote control arrived safely from Essex and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation. The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The control was then tested over a 24 hour period randomly with no issues being found.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
