Customers Fault Description : intermittent work then nothing changed batteries no help
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This NAD audio remote controller arrived safely from the United States and on testing was confirmed to have erratic button response.
The solder on the main IC was reflowed and the oscillator replaced, then the remote was tested for 2 days at random intervals without any further issues. (see testing video)
