Gutmann Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gutmann
Customers Fault Description : Both remotes don't turn on extractor even after putting new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Gutmann celling built kitchen extractor remote controls arrived safely and on testing one of the remote was found to be functioning as normal (this was the one with tape around the battery compartment)
The second remote was found to be dead. When opened the issue was found to be a tiny break in the print at the IR LED connection points. The print was reworked and the LED replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
