Heater Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Heater
Customers Fault Description : Doesn't turn the fire on and the button has been pushed in / broken off
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely from Dudley and on inspection was found to have a missing button cap from the facia. The facias are not available as spares meaning it couldn't be replaced therefore we had to fit a replacement button cap under the original facia, full functionality was restored (see testing video)
