Glow worm Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Glow worm

Customers Fault Description : Just stopped working I have changed the batteries

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This heater remote arrived safely from Sussex and on testing was dead with signs of a battery leak in the battery compartment.

On opening one of the terminals was found to have corroded through causing no power to get to the PCB.

A new terminal was fitted which restored full functionality.
