Remote Fixer Repair Response
This SIMAUDIO MOON 260D CD PLAYER remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was checked for defects but no fault could be replicated. The remote was then tested randomly over a 2 day period with no issues being found.
The customer is to re-check the remote with "Quality" batteries such as Duracell CR2032 and to ensure they are brand new. Many people use cheap button cell batteries which is the cause of many false diagnosis's. Failing that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
