Customer's Fault Description
The remote powers on and shows Velux logo, with menu and locate but when I press locate the remote powers off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Velux remote arrived safely from Wilmslow and on testing was confirmed to "restart" whenever any button was pressed.
On opening there was a couple of components broken partly away from the PCB. These were refitted back into place which restored full functionality.
