Velux 3LR A01WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote powers on and shows Velux logo, with menu and locate but when I press locate the remote powers off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote arrived safely from Wilmslow and on testing was confirmed to "restart" whenever any button was pressed.
On opening there was a couple of components broken partly away from the PCB. These were refitted back into place which restored full functionality.
