RK MOVE CONTROL Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Hi , ive put a brand new duracell extra 9 volt battery in the controller it did seem to work but i have just tried it after a week since putting the new batteries in and it won,t power up again , im getting no red power light coming on !
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was found to power up, the controller was tested randomly over a few days and it would randomly intermittently stop responding.
Unfortunately this was found to be with the button facia itself which sadly isn't available as a spare making a repair not possible.
A google search was carried out and replacement remotes can be found here - https://ebay.us/Mt6llz - Please check with the seller for details.
