PDT Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : PDT

Customers Fault Description : 1st Remote (key chain attached) - down button not working
2nd Remote (no key chain) - up button not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two remotes arrived safely and on testing were both confirmed to have non functioning buttons as per the customers fault description.

This was due to contaminated button print and also corrosion sports in the print.  The button arrays were cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality to both remotes. 

Each remote will be returned with full sets of batteries installed.
