Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : Not communicating anymore with the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Optimyst Remote Control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no issue being replicated.
It was therefore concluded that the issue may be with the receiver of the heater itself. The customer is to re-test with brand new quality batteries in case of a faulty battery issue.
