Teac RC-711 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Gifted Teac hi=fi by my daughter, new batteries fitted to the remote control but it`s not working, no power.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Teac remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
This item has been deemed as no fault found.
