Customer's Fault Description
No connection between remote control and receiver. In both parts batteries changed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Mertik Maxitrol remote and receiver arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing the remote was found to have a faulty transducer which was not transmitting but also the down button was collapsed.

The transducer and button was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)

No fault was found with the receiver.
