Valor Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Valor
Customers Fault Description : Despite new batteries the remote does not appear to work at all. The red led light does not come on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor Petrus electric fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal.
The LED at the end of the remote will not illuminate as this is invisible infra red light.
The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct on all buttons. This item has been classed as no fault found.
