Dometic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Doesn't seem to pair to the roof light
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press. The control was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no issue being replicated.
It may be possible that either the issue is the battery orientation (see image for correct battery insertion, failing that it may be an issue with the receiver itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found. A set of AAA batteries will be provided inserted on return.
