Customer's Fault Description
The remote receiver [under the fire] has been checked out and is working normally.
The LED lights work on the hand unit - The remote is not sending a signal to the receiver unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire remote arrived safely from Barnard Castle and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
