Customers Fault Description : Handset does not work, no display. On thinking it was the battery i changed and the black wire became disconnected from connector.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable making the remote dead.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
