This electric radiator remote control arrived safely and on adding batteries was found to be functioning as normal.
It was noticed that the battery terminals are misleading in this device which could easily lead to a customer fitting the batteries incorrectly. Please see the image below that shows the correct battery orientation.
I shall leave a set of fully charged batteries in the remote on return.
