Faber Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Faber
Customers Fault Description : Remote showing no display having changed battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote was handed to us and on inspection the case was very badly warped due to melting.
The remote was found to have no power, this was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
We did have a replacement case from a scrap remote which we had donated due to the damage of the original case (see image)
