Customer's Fault Description
Walking machine not responding to remote. I have changed the battery, but no change.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
THIs Walking machine remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
It is possible that the incorrect battery was used (the cr2016 and cr2025 will fit but are too "thin"). These remotes required a CR2032 in order to function.
A Duracell CR2032 battery will be supplied fitted on return. This item has been classed as no fault found.
