Aquos Sharp Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Back button doesnt work properly (located at bottom right of circle) takes lots of attempts to actually work. Circle to be stuck back on. Please check other buttons are working on first press too.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely form Edgware and on testing was found to have a few non functioning buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to liquid contamination over the print / button array. The print and button contacts were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
