Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Will not work at all even after changing batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor heater remote arrived safely from Nottinghamshire and on testing the top button was non responsive.
Thsi was due to a worn button contacts. A replacement conductive pad was glued into place which restored full functionality.
