Customers Fault Description : When we bought caravan with this the 9v battery terminal had wire tucked under connector but worked fine then last year started switching itself off after a couple of seconds have changed battery but not switching on now
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Caravan motor mover remote controller arrived safely from Barnsley and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable making the remote dead.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which when re-tested the remote would power up every time using its double power button press.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
