Marantz Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Marantz
Customers Fault Description : Enter/Memo button and up/down and side left and right scroll buttons sticky and some times unresponsive. As far as I know, all other buttons are OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Marantz remote control arrived safely from Bedford and on testing was confirmed to have various "Sticky" buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a large amount of sticky liquid contaminating the button pads and PCB (see image). Once all the contaminants were cleaned full functionality was restored to all buttons.
