Customer's Fault Description
Enter/Memo button and up/down and side left and right scroll buttons sticky and some times unresponsive. As far as I know, all other buttons are OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Marantz remote control arrived safely from Bedford and on testing was confirmed to have various "Sticky" buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a large amount of sticky liquid contaminating the button pads and PCB (see image). Once all the contaminants were cleaned full functionality was restored to all buttons.
