YCT-100 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : YCT-100
Customers Fault Description : Cannot switch the fire on unless the channel switch is operated a couple of times at the back then it will work again but only the once
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Flamerite YCT100 remote arrived safely form Bordon and on testing was found to transmit as normal on each button press.
The customers fault description led to the code select dial being at fault, this was stripped and cleaned and then reassembled. The Dial does change the code set and is consistent. The customer is to test the remote full on return as the switch was not drastically contaminated.
