Electric Heater Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Electric Heater
Customers Fault Description : Nothing working my mother dropped remote into a cup of tea 3 weeks ago. Been dried out and battery replaced but still nothing
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric fire remote controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to 2 issues, the first was that the battery terminal was mangled out of shape this was replaced which then revealed that one of the buttons was then non responsive. This was due to a corrosion spot in the print from the contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
