Customer's Fault Description
Does not function, no screen image and no effect on gas fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Controller arrived safely from Wigston and on inspection the display was found to have damage in the bottom left corner.
On testing the power was intermittent and also the buttons were "sticking"
A replacement battery cable was fitted and the buttons cleared up which restored full functionality. The display is not available as a spare which means this cannot be replaced but it is functioning.
This item was returned UGT with a short signal range. This was retested but no issue could be found, the transducer was replaced as a precaution but it is possible that the issue is with the receiver. Item returned to customer 31st Mar 2023
