IMC Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It is becoming increasingly difficult to power the unit on taking many presses of the the red button for it to light up When powered on I use the 2 lowest buttons simultaneously to power the rollers onto the wheels which oftem don't work and I have to press many times and hard The same happens with the drive off buttons above them to power the rollers off the wheels The direction buttons usually work fine
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motor Mover Remote Controller arrived safely form Chester and on testing was confirmed to not always respond from its power button double press.
This was found to be due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under the power and 4 bottom buttons which restored full functionality.
