Customer's Fault Description
The remote was dropped and it appears the metal battery connectors are bent too. I was able to fit the batteries back in but the remote isn’t working and the screen has a “bloom†on it
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Heating control arrived safely from Lymm and on inspectio nwas foudn to have a damaged display. The remote was also dead.
The dead issue was due to the batteries being inserted incorrectly, please see the image of the correct orientation of the batteries.
The display was replaced which restored full functionality.
