Remote is unresponsive, no red led when pressing buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This DD2 Fan remote control arrived safely from Chippenham and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening unfortunately the IC appears to have broken away form the PCB (see image), this IC was not found inside the remote.  Without this IC a repair is not possible.
