remote does not work, even with new battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This roller shutter door remote controller arrived safely from Tewkesbury and on testing was found to have intermittent power.  This was found to be due to a tiny crack in the solder of one of the battery housings fixing points.  This usually happens when batteries are force out of the housing or if the incorrect battery type is inserted.

This was resoldered which restored full functionality (see testing video).

A set of Energiser batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
