Valor Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No function or light after changing batteries

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Valor Electric Fire handset (Fire Model no Dream 843) arrived safely form Ellon and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button but the on / off was required to be pressed hard to activate, meaning worn button pads were an issue.

As this doesn't match the customers fault description the customer was contacted as there may be a possibility that the heater is at fault.

It was decided to restore the buttons normal functionality, this was done by gluing conductive pads under each button.
