NRG Automation Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : NRG Automation
Customers Fault Description : Top button not responding, all other working fine. Unfortunately I cannot open the garage door (but I can close it)
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Garage door opening remote controller arrived safely form Cambridge and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive top button.
This was due to contaminated button contacts, the button and pcb were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
